We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 30% advance payment is required. This advance is non-refundable if the parcel is rejected at the door.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days and typically delivered within 8–15 business days depending on your location. Ekoa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
