Tracking Your Order: Once your package is on its way, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking details.

2. Shipping Estimates & Courier Services

Indicative Estimates: Please note that tracking dates provided are estimates. While usually accurate, they serve as an indicative timeline for arrival.

Location-Based Delivery: Final delivery times depend entirely on the distance and local logistics in your area.

Delays: While EkoaIndia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies, we are committed to assisting you. If your package is stalled, contact us, and we will help track it down.

3. Cancellation Policy

Fixed Orders: To maintain our efficient processing and support our artisans, EkoaIndia does not accept order cancellations.

Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an unavoidable emergency, a cancellation may be requested. If approved, a 30% cancellation fee of the total order value will be deducted to cover processing and restocking costs.
